<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy required for temperature and humidity control of outside air. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 12 controls air volume of outside air supplied to air-conditioning chambers 2a and 2b, a cooling temperature of a cooler 4, a heating temperature of a heater 5, and a humidification rate of a humidifier 6, in response to outside air temperature and humidity detected by a temperature sensor 10 and a humidity sensor 11. Thereby, the outside air discharged from the air-conditioning chambers 2a and 2b is mixed, and the outside air of which the temperature and humidity have been regulated to a desired temperature and a desired humidity is supplied to a coating booth. According to such an air conditioning system, the controller 12 uses sensible heat and latent heat included in outside air to control temperature and humidity of the outside air to the desired temperature and the desired humidity.
