<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve laser beam emitting position control and the degree of freedom in device layout required for the emitting position control. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises: a camera 10; a pointer manipulator 30 in which a laser pointer 20 and a camera 40 are placed so that the camera 40 images a range including a position where the laser pointer 20 emits a laser beam and which rotates the laser pointer 20 and the camera 40 together; and a control device 50 which controls the rotation of the pointer manipulator. The control device 50 acquires an image P2 imaged by the camera 40 and an image P1 imaged by the camera 10, specifies a position of the image P1 in the image P2 by the matching of characteristic points, and controls the rotation of the pointer manipulator 30 on the basis of the images P1 and P2 and the position mentioned above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
