Preferred are H and Cl R' = H, alkyl, aralkyl, thienyl, pyridyl, cycloalkyl or X-substd. mononuclear aryl A = alkylene, pref. ethylene or propylene B = a basic N-contng. radical with less than 12 C atoms, e.g. NH2, NHAlk, NAlk2 (preferred), piperidino, piperidyl, pyrrolidino, pyrrolidyl, morpholino, thiomorpholino, piperazino, homopiperazino, homopiperidino; all opt. substd. with 1 or more alkyl groups. n = 0 to 5 CNS depressants.</p> |
