A beverage preparation device comprises a fixing support (1), a capsule (7) for holding beverage particles, concentrate or dry powder, and a capsule preparation support (10), a cavity for accommodating the capsule being disposed inside the capsule preparation support. The device further comprises an elastic structure and a puncture structure. The capsule is pressed on the elastic structure. The puncture structure is located inside the elastic structure. When water enters, the capsule deforms to move the elastic structure backward to expose the puncture structure so that the puncture structure delays to puncture the capsule to implement the preparation. A first positioning hole (1.1) is disposed on the fixing support. A capsule push rod (3) and a push rod spring (2) are disposed inside the first positioning hole, and one end of the capsule push rod is pressed on and connected to the push rod spring. A sealing ring (6) with a filter sheet (5) is pressed on and connected to the fixing support. The other end of the capsule push rod passes through a second positioning hole (5.1) disposed on the filter sheet to enter the cavity. More than one top puncture needle (4) is disposed in the filter sheet. The device has a simple and reasonable structure, flexible operations, safe and reliable performance, and makes beverage with a good taste.
