The centrifugal compressor (10) has a compressor wheel (12) for compressing air. The compressor wheel has an axial diffuser (24) that is extended in the compressor wheel in axial direction. A collecting duct (26) is externally arranged at axial diffuser in radial direction. A baffle and a vane are provided in the axial diffuser. A collection chamber is arranged at upstream of the axial diffuser and downstream of the axial diffuser.
