PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to improve the mounting property of a thermistor by forming a thermistor-mounting part for sensing a temperature on a frame case which supports a battery unit. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery comprises a battery unit(150); a thermistor(160) for sensing the temperature of the battery unit; a frame case(110) which has a concave thermistor acceptance part for accepting the thermistor, and supports the battery unit and the thermistor together. The frame case supports the thermistor by surrounding the thermistor through the thermistor acceptance part, and supports the battery unit by a frame shape extending along the edge of the battery unit.
