PURPOSE: A VM(Virtual Machine) policy setting method, a VM policy providing method, and a VM policy setting system of a cloud computing server system are provided to automatically set a policy applied in a VM by broadcasting a policy request message. CONSTITUTION: A policy setting agent(110) broadcasts a policy request message which requests a policy applied in a VM to a local network by using an MAC(Media Access Control) address of the VM after generating the VM. The policy setting agent sets the received policy in the VM by receiving a response message including the policy. A local policy broadcasting server(120) transmits the response message including the obtained policy by obtaining the policy corresponding to the MAC address by receiving the policy request message.
