PURPOSE: A conduit line supporting member and a conduit line construction method is provided to stably support a conduit line by preventing damage when uneven deformation happens in the surrounding earth and sand around a conduit line supporting member like the partial subsidence of ground and thus efficiently reinforcing the ground. CONSTITUTION: A conduit line supporting member includes a main body(100) and a combination unit(200). A main body is made of a flexible material and has a thickness capable of having a minimum resistance against the gravity direction load. A combination unit mutually combines main bodies when the main bodies are arranged on the ground to contact each other along the longitudinal direction.
