<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide beverage powders which allow us to obtain a beverage uniformly containing alcohol and realizing smooth throat feeling only by being mixed with aqueous media for a short time at home, causes no caking during a long-term room temperature preservation, offers stable taste and color tone, and prevents deficits such as sake smell at water addition and separation of a functional component. <P>SOLUTION: The problem is attained by an alcohol-containing powder which contains dried starch and crystalline cellulose as a caking prevention component of the beverage powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
