<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction cone type transmission in which traction fluid is effectively supplied by an improved method. <P>SOLUTION: In the friction cone type transmission, a first friction cone 2038 and a second fiction cone 2039 are brought into contact with each other using a fiction ring 2021, and the friction ring 2021 is regulatably arranged in a separation part while being separated by fixed distances from the both cones, wherein, when rotating a main transmission member 2000, a first fluid medium gap part 2207 is provided between the first friction cone and the frictional element 2021, a second fluid medium gap part is provided between the second friction cone and the frictional element, fluid medium spray nozzles 2501 to 2504 are provided for a fluid medium supply line 2500 arranged in parallel with the surface of the first friction cone as a fluid medium supply body for a main transmission member and, as viewed from the rotation direction of the main transmission member 2000, the fluid medium supply body is arranged in front of a fluid medium gap part and the traction fluid is used as a fluid medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
