<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and simply constitute alignment conveyance of an object. <P>SOLUTION: In this aligning and conveying device provided with a supply device delivering a conveyance object from a hopper disposed at a conveyance start end side and transferring the object by aligning it toward the downstream side and a conveyance device provided with a plurality of receiving trays provided with a concave dent part for placing and holding the object at a downstream side of the supply device, wherein the object is sequentially and continuously dropped from the terminal end of the supply device to supply it to the receiving tray of the conveyance device, the aligning and conveying device is characterized in that the conveyance speed of the receiving trays in the conveyance device is set to a high speed as compared with the transfer speed of the object transferred by the supply device.
