<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level adjusting device that prevents, for example, a pin hole of a float from being unsanitary due to friction, and can simplify the work of a flow rate adjusting device such as regular dismantling, cleaning and assembling. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid level adjusting device includes a packing and filling machine where a web-like packing material is shaped into a tube, the tube-shaped packing material is vertically sealed at its both ends, and a low-temperature liquid food 41 is filled from a filling pipe 7 into the tube-shaped packing material so that the liquid food 41 is filled into the tube at a specific level. The liquid level adjusting device includes: a heating means 42 for increasing a temperature of a surface to be measured which is an outer surface of the web-like packing material by heating an inner surface of the web-like packing material; a detector 44 detecting the temperature of the surface to be measured from the outside of the tube-shaped packing material; and a control means 45 for controlling the flow rate of the filling pipe based on an output signal of the detector 44. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
