<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attendance card for a general meeting of stockholders, by which a receptionist's job can be efficiently performed at a general meeting of stockholders. <P>SOLUTION: A paper card 1 for attendance at a general meeting of stockholders comprises a paper material for relating to a stockholder P visiting to attend the general meeting. This card consists of a card body 2 on which a content 23 showing that it is a card for attending at the general meeting and a predetermined identifying number 24 are printed and a coupon 3 on which the ID number 32 and barcode information 33 are printed.
