The upper hinge (3) is rotatablely connected with the lower hinge (4). The turnover piece can be used for adjusting the position of the driver (2) so that the driver (2) can move toward or away from the lamp body (1). Such design is flexible. The height requirement of the suspended ceiling can be effectively reduced, and a wide and comfortable living space is created for the user. In addition, when the driver (2) is overturned away from the lamp body (1), the driver (2) will not be baked by the heat generated during the operation of the down lamp, and the normal operation of the driver (2) can be protected.
