<p>The heat accumulator system comprises a storage device (102), a fluid feed device for supplying a heat transfer fluid from a heat transfer device (106) to the storage device to load the storage device with heat, a fluid reconducting device to recycle the heat transfer fluid from the storage device to the heat transfer device, and a reservoir (104) for containing the heat transfer fluid. The storage device comprises two storage sections, which are partially filled with heat storage medium and independently flow throughable with the heat transfer fluid. The heat storage medium present in one storage section is a solid material including a mineral and/or a rock. The heat transfer fluid comprises a liquid salt, a thermal oil and/or air. A total volume of the heat transfer fluid of the system is 50% of the total volume of the heat storage medium. The two storage sections of the storage device are independently portable.
