<p>The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, comprising at least one oil comprising 2,000 ppm or more, preferably 5,000 ppm or more, and more preferably 8,000 ppm or more, of carbon dioxide which is dissolved in the oil, wherein the amount of the oil is more than 50% by weight, preferably more than 70% by weight, more preferably more than 90% by weight, and further more preferably 100% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, and a cosmetic sheet comprising at least one substrate, and the above cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition and sheet according to the present invention can provide sufficient cosmetic effects due to a relatively high concentration of C02.</p> |
