摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The apparatus has an oscillator (2) that generates a primary signal having a sequence of signal fragments with different frequencies. A frequency increment of frequencies of signal fragments increases or decreases during a clock of signal fragment. An oscillator (6) generates a secondary signal in synchronous with the primary signal.
