PURPOSE: A display device and an electronic device are provided to restrict the generation of a back gate effect by electrically connecting a source/drain region on the different sides of a driving transistor and a second well. CONSTITUTION: A display device comprises multiple light emitting elements. The light emitting element comprises a light emitting unit(ELP) and a driving circuit. The driving circuit operates the light emitting unit. The driving circuit comprises a driving transistor(Tdrv), a write transistor(Tsig), and a capacitance unit(C1). A source/drain region on one side(24) of the driving transistor is connected to a current supply line(CSL). A source/drain region on the other side(25) of the driving transistor is connected to one end of the light emitting unit and the capacitance unit. A gate electrode(21) of the driving transistor is connected to the source/drain region on the other side of an image signal storage transistor. The gate electrode of the driving transistor is connected to the other end of the capacitance unit. A source/drain region(34) on one side of the image signal storage transistor is connected to a data line(DTL). A gate electrode(31) of the image signal storage transistor is connected to a scanning line(SCL).
