METHOD FOR DETECTING PROTEIN-PROTEIN INTERACTIONS IN CELLS

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing interaction between proteins in vivo is provided to quantitatively distinguish a binding force through FCIB(Fluorescence Colocalization on Inclusion Bodies). CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing interaction between proteins in vivo comprises: a step of providing a cell with a first structure and a second structure; a step of expressing a fusion protein, and forming an inclusion body in the cell; and a step of measuring interaction between a bait protein and a prey protein by measuring a fluorescence signal of a fluorescence signal. The bait protein and the target protein are determined to have interaction when the fluorescence is aggregated in the inclusion body.
