PURPOSE: A vehicle air conditioner is provided to simply assemble a thin-plate member and a gear shaft at a right position and to improve assemblability by mounting the thin-plate member and the gear shaft, which are temporarily assembled, to an air-conditioning case. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle air conditioner comprises a door(105) composed of a thin-plate member(150) and a gear shaft(140). A temporarily assembled connection unit(145), which is protruded in a radial direction, is formed on the gear shaft. A joining unit(156) is formed in the thin-plate member, in a direction of rotating the gear shaft, so that the temporarily assembled connection unit rotating with the gear shaft is joined to the joining unit to be detachably. The temporarily assembled connection unit is temporarily assembled to the joining unit before assembling the door to the air-conditioning case by rotating the gear shaft in one direction and an assembly of temporarily assembled connection unit and the joining unit is disassembled by rotating the gear shaft in an opposite direction after assembling the door to the air-conditioning case.
