<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide lock release handle with a high practicality. <P>SOLUTION: The release handle 10 that is located between a vehicle seat 14 and a floor to extend in a front-back direction and releases the latching of a lower rail 24 and an upper rail 28 by a latching member, is composed to includes: a grip 136 installed in the end part of the vehicle front side; a vertical direction turning shaft 100 that is installed at the vehicle rear side from the grip and becomes the center of turning in the vertical direction of the release handle; a contact part that contacts a latching member by turn of the release handle in the vertical direction and releases latching of the lower rail and the upper rail by the latching member; and a long object storage constituted of the longitudinal shape member where a recessed part 120 is formed to extend in the vehicle back and forth direction and stores the long object at its recessed part.
