Provided are a ceramic silicon rubber and derivatives thereof, comprising, by weight: (1) silicon rubber of 60-100 parts, having the general formula of (RnSiO4-n/2)m, wherein R is an organic group, n is the number (1, 2, 3) of the organic groups attached to silicon atom, and m is the degree of polymerization (=2); (2) silicon dioxide of 20-100 parts; (3) silicone oil of 1-20 parts, having the general formula of (RnSiO4-n/2)m, wherein R is an organic group, n is the number (1, 2, 3) of the organic groups attached to the silicon atom, and m is the degree of polymerization (=2); (4) a coupling agent of 0.1-10 parts; (5) ceramic powder of 20-120 parts. The materials are mixed in a kneader and are vacuated, and then the ceramic powder and the coupling agent are added to the kneader for uniform mixing to form a mass-like ceramic rubber, which is cooled, open-milled and filtered to give the ceramic silicon rubber. The present invention can be processed easily, has a low production costs, and can be ablated into a ceramic shell to protect articles inside from damage. |
