The oil separator has separator ear (19) with inlet (19b) and outlet (19a) that is fitted to inner wall surface of separator (17) and with gas outlet port (18). The outer diameter of inlet is less than inner diameter of inner wall surface of separator and end portion of inlet is extended inwardly from separator. The suction hole (23) is formed on side of oil storage chamber. The inner diameter of inner wall surface of precipitator in the region from center axis position of suction hole is increased corresponding to a point of end portion of inlet.
