The fastening device (10) has a fastening unit (11) and a clamping unit (12), where the fastening unit receives a circular profile element (RP1,RP2,RP3,RP4,RP5) and is fixed by the clamping unit at a hydraulic cylinder (7). The fastening unit is formed from an inner part (13) and an outer part (14) that is detachably fixed at the inner part. A separating plane (T) is formed between the inner part and the outer part, in which a receiving space is formed for receiving the circular profile element by corresponding recesses (20,21) of the inner part and the outer part. An independent claim is included for an industrial truck with a lifting carriage.
