<p>Provided is a separation method of carbon nanotubes having different conductive performance, which comprises: a) soaking an integrated circuit material containing metallic carbon nanotubes and semiconductive carbon nanotubes in a liquid; b) pouring the liquid into a container; c) around the container providing an electric field and a pair of magnetic poles forming magnetic induction lines perpendicular to the electric field; d) regulating the directions and sizes of the power lines of the electric field and the same of the magnetic induction lines to separate the metallic carbon nanotubes from the semiconductive carbon nanotubes. The simple and economical method produces high-purity semiconductive and metallic carbon nanotubes, and thus the product yield of the integrated circuit using the semiconductive carbon nanotubes is improved.</p> |
