The present invention provides a molecule useful against the virus which is know to be the cause of large losses in the shrimp exploitation, such as Nimavirus which produces the white spot syndrome. Said molecule is heat-resistant, which guarantees a certain degree of stability. A method is also provided for the obtention of such molecule from the exoskeleton of Pleuroncodes planipes.
