PURPOSE: A flexible sheet material having a single plate surface of natural and ornamental rock-stone and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce a material with superior quality for a manufacturing process by implementing a smooth and flat rear plane on a material with flexibility and high tensile strength. CONSTITUTION: A flexible sheet material having a single plate surface of natural and ornamental rock-stone includes a surface layer(14) and a support layer(16). The surface layer comprises at least one layer of a rock material composed of multiple layers. The support layer is adjacent to the surface layer, is flexible, and supports a tensile load. The flexible material has the back side with the flat and smooth surface(15). The support layer comprises a material in which thermoplastic microspheres are entirely spread thereon. The support layer adheres to the smooth and flat surface of the back side.
