PURPOSE: A diagnostic kit for allergy to antibiotics, capable of containing an antibiotics-human serum protein conjugate is provided to check an allergy to antibiotics in advance, and to prevent damage due to allergy. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic kit for an allergy to antibiotics, capable of containing an antibiotics-human serum protein conjugate is used for identifying the allergy development to antibiotics. The antibiotics include cephalosporin-based antibiotics or quinolone-based antibiotics. The cephalosporin-based antibiotics are selected from a group consisting of cephathin, cephaloridin, cefotiam, cephapirin, cephcetrile, cefazolin, ceftriaxone, cephaloglycin, cefaclor, cephradine, cefamandole, cefuroxim, ceftizoxime, cefotaxime, cefriaxone, ciprofloxacin, and cefoperazone.
