PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly saltpan floor paper is provided to include a thermoplastic polyurethane resin in upper and lower paper layers, thereby removing the risk of the generation of noxious compounds and being harmless to the human body. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally friendly saltpan floor paper includes an upper paper layer(10) and a lower paper layer(20). The upper paper layer and the lower paper layer include a thermoplastic polyurethane resin. The thermoplastic polyurethane resin of the upper paper layer is 60-90 D in shore hardness. The upper paper layer comprises 95-99 wt% of the thermoplastic polyurethane resin and 1-5 wt% of carbon black. The lower paper layer comprises 40-60 wt% of the thermoplastic polyurethane resin, 40-60 wt% of an inorganic filler, and 1-4 wt% of carbon black.
