A capacitor unit composite structure for an inverter of an electric scooter comprises a laminated busbar (22) roughly L-shaped from a side view; two or more aluminum electrolytic capacitors (11, 12, 13), having a width equivalent to the length of a three-phase switch module (30) after being horizontally mounted in parallel; a snubber capacitor (29) with three pairs of anode and cathode leading-out terminals, having the length equivalent to the length of the three-phase switch module (30) and the width of the aluminum electrolytic capacitors (11, 12, 13) mounted in parallel, and located at a corner of the L-shaped laminated busbar (22) and close to the three-phase switch module (30). When the leading-out terminal of the snubber capacitor (29), a wiring terminal of the laminated busbar (22), and an input terminal of the three-phase switch module (30) coincide with each other, a capacitor unit with compact spatial layout formed after bolts are mounted can form a roughly cuboid space with the three-phase switch module (30) and an electronic control unit (ECU), thereby facilitating the integrated installation of the electric scooter.
