<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate a reactor temperature in consideration of thermal interference between a core and a coil constituting the reactor. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 100 estimates a temperature of a reactor included in a converter which converts a voltage inputted from a power storage device to output. The control device comprises a first estimation unit 110, a second estimation unit 120, and a third estimation unit 130. The first estimation unit uses current Ib flowing in the power storage device as a parameter, and separately estimates a coil temperature variation amount ΔTi1 caused by heat generation and heat radiation of a coil, and a core temperature variation amount ΔTr1 caused by heat generation and heat radiation of a core. The second estimation unit uses an estimation result of the first estimation unit, and separately estimates a core temperature variation amount ΔTr2 and a coil temperature variation amount ΔTi2 caused by thermal interference between the coil and the core.
