<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic cell module, a photovoltaic cell array including at least two modules, and a method of forming the module. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic cell module includes a first outermost layer 22 and a photovoltaic cell 24 disposed on the first outermost layer 22. The photovoltaic cell module also includes a second outermost layer 26 disposed on the photovoltaic cell 24 and sandwiching the photovoltaic cell 24 between the second outermost layer 26 and the first outermost layer 22. The method of forming the photovoltaic cell module includes the steps of disposing the photovoltaic cell on the first outermost layer 22, disposing a silicone composition 30 on the photovoltaic cell, and compressing the first outermost layer 22, the photovoltaic cell 24, and the second outermost layer 26 to form the photovoltaic cell module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
