<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact filter washing device of high performance effectively washing to the filter medium inside of a filter and pushing out foreign matters collected in the filter medium inside, and a filter washing method. <P>SOLUTION: The filter washing device 1 includes a conveyer 3 transferring the filter 2, a washing liquid jetting nozzle group 4 consisting of a plurality of washing liquid jetting nozzles 24 jetting the washing liquid to the filter 2 on the conveyer 3, and a high pressure gas jetting nozzle group 5 consisting of a plurality of high pressure gas jetting nozzles 25 jetting only high pressure gas to the filter 2 in the downstream of the washing liquid jetting nozzle group 4 on the conveyer 3. The filter washing method includes steps of: loading the filter 2 on the conveyer 3, jetting the washing liquid to the filter 2 while conveying the filter 2, and jetting only high pressure gas to the filter 2 while conveying the filter 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
