<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground injection device capable of performing blending, mixing, and injection of injection materials by identical unit simultaneously and continuously as a series of processes, and a ground injection method. <P>SOLUTION: A ground injection device comprises: a plurality of raw material liquid storage tanks 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d,... 1n storing a plurality of raw material liquids, respectively; an injection pipe 3 buried in the ground at an injection site; a plurality of raw material liquid pressure pumps 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d,... 2n for feeding the raw material liquids from the raw material liquid storage tanks 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d,... 1n respectively to the injection pipe 3 and injecting them into the ground via the injection pipe 3; and a plurality of electric motors 7 driving the raw material liquid pressure pumps 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d,... 2n respectively. Each of the raw material liquid pressure pumps 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d,... 2n and each of the electric motors 7 constitute one unit, thus a plurality of units are prepared and controlled by a control device 14 collectively and/or individually.
