An antenna and a mobile multimedia broadcasting device thereof. The antenna (12) comprises: a substrate (57), a first metal plate (56) and a second metal plate (58) both arranged on a first surface of the substrate (57), a first feeder cable (54), and a second feeder cable (55). The substrate (57) is a rectangle provided with a first center line (b) and a second center line (a) perpendicular to the first center line. The first metal plate (56) and the second metal plate (58) are mutually symmetrical correspondingly to a first groove topological structure (561) and a second groove topological structure (581) over the first center line (b). The first feeder cable (54) and the second feeder cable (55) respectively revolve around the first metal plate (56) and the second metal plate (58). A first feeder piece (53) having a notch (531) facing the second metal plate (58) is arranged on one end of the first feeder cable (54) that is in proximity to the first center line (b). A second feeder piece (59) corresponding to the notch (531) of the first feeder piece is arranged on one end of the second feeder cable (55) that is in proximity to the first center line (b). The antenna is an antenna designed by applying a metamaterial technology and allows for electromagnetic wave resonance, meets the requirements of miniaturized wireless communication equipment and of internally-arranged antenna.
