The tool holder (100) has an operable locking mechanism that releasably locks a use tool (102) over an operation case in a tool receiver in use position. A tool-side front end of the tool receiver has axial hole to receive the use tool. Several radial recesses are arranged in a terminal portion opposite to front end, to receive mounting portions. The mounting portions are mounted on the tool receiver and radially secured to a flanged bush. A seal lip is arranged at the flanged bush and is extended between the operation case and flanged bush, to seal inner locking space. An independent claim is included for hand-held power tool.
