<p>Disclosed in the present invention are a method for preventing incorrect operation on capacitance touch screen of a mobile phone during conversation state, and a mobile phone thereof. The method comprises providing a mobile phone with a hardware interruption module. When a screen locking key is pressed and the mobile phone is in a conversation state, the hardware interruption module judges whether the mobile phone is in an activation state or a sleep state. If the mobile phone is in the activation state, a screen backlight is shut down by the hardware interruption module and a capacitive touch detection module is closed. Meanwhile a display screen module stops outputting data to a screen and refreshing the screen. The method is applied in the mobile phone. The present invention provides the hardware interruption module for judging the state of the mobile phone, enables functions of locking or activating the mobile phone screen by operating the screen locking key and removes the mechanical structure of the proximity sensor and infrared launch tube, thus releasing the space, reducing the difficulty in the design of mobile phone appearance and structure, and saving the manufacturing cost.</p> |
