PURPOSE: A three-dimensional system construction method is provided to enable construction without defects by classifying roof constructing and repairing methods for establishing a professional construction plan. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional system construction comprises the following steps: figuring finishing material compositions and defects by the types of buildings and structures(1), and diagnosing the compatibility and durability of materials for finishing and constructing the buildings and structures; analyzing the cause of defects by the compositions of the structures, and diagnosing the occurrence of defects; confirming whether materials for the constructions are appropriate for the defect factor of the buildings and structures and the compatibility of finishing and constructing materials; and diagnosing and confirming possible defect factors in the buildings and structures, and selecting materials by the cause of defects.
