PURPOSE: A flexible display control unit and a control method are provided to vary a shape of a flexible display device through stimulation generated in the flexible display device by using an ionic layer to the flexible display device. CONSTITUTION: A DC-DC converter(340) converts a DC drive voltage into the AC drive voltage. A control unit(320) determines the authorization of the DC drive voltage or AC drive voltage to an ionic layer. A drive part(370) drives cells comprising the ionic layer. A display part(380) changes into a shape corresponding to an input based on the driven cell.
