发明名称 METHOD FOR EVALUATING THE KINETICS OF THE FORMATION OF NANOFILMS AND OF THE CHANGE IN THE OPTICAL PROPERTIES THEREOF
摘要 The method for evaluating the kinetics of the formation of nanofilms and of the change in the optical properties thereof consists in exposing samples of materials, located in thermally insulated containers, to a thermal vacuum effect at a given temperature and capturing the easily condensable substances released from the samples on condensing plates. The mass loss is determined according to the difference in mass of a sample before and after exposure; the content of volatile condensable substances is also determined in the same way. Condensing plates made from silica glass are placed in a special holder that is cooled to a temperature in a range from minus 30°? to plus 50°?. The test sample is heated to a temperature 0.1% lower than the minimum threshold temperature at which the non-metallic material starts to decompose, while at the same time the glass sample is continuously irradiated with a monochromatic beam and the energy and frequency characteristics of the monochromatic beam are recorded. The kinetics of the formation of the films and of the change in the optical properties thereof are determined according to the change in the transmission coefficient as well as in the frequency characteristics of the radiation passing through the condensing plate with a contaminated film.
