<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the temperature rise of a secondary battery while maintaining the small size. <P>SOLUTION: A solar charger includes: a box shaped case 2; a solar cell panel 3 provided on one surface of the case 2; and a secondary battery cell 1 which is disposed at the rear side of the solar cell panel 3 in the case 2 and can be charged with electric power generated by the solar cell panel 3. In the solar charger, the solar cell panel 3 is separated from the secondary battery cell 1 and an air layer 6 is provided between the solar cell panel 3 and the secondary battery cell 1.
