METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TREATING BODY SITES OF SLAUGHTERED POULTRY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method and an improved device for treating a body site of slaughtered poultry.

SOLUTION: A body site 1 includes a bone part including at least a part of a back of a thoracic cage and vertebrae and at least a part of a meat naturally present on the back of the thoracic cage and the vertebrae, the treating method includes a step for separating a part of the meat of a back part from the bone part present below the body site 1, and a step for engaging with at least a part of the meat of the back part being peeled apart and then peeling out the meat of the back part from the bone part of the body site 1.
