PURPOSE: An auto-welding machine for repairing penetration nozzle in primary system of nuclear power plant is provided to be installed in the delivery manipulators of different forms. CONSTITUTION: An auto-welding machine for repairing penetration nozzle comprises a welding head and an installation part. The welding head comprises a torch driving part(600) and a welding machine shift part(500). The torch driving part performs welding using the filler metal. The torch driving part is transferred in a radial direction perpendicular to a shaft. The welding machine shift part passes through the automatic welding device. The installation part is composed of a filler metal feeding part(200), a welding machine rotating part(300) and a welding machine lifting part(400). The welding machine rotating part rotates the welding head around the shaft passing through the automatic welding device. The welding machine lifting part combines the automatic welding device in the external device. |
