PURPOSE: A mounting device for a transmission of a vehicle is provided to improve the driving stability, NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness) performance by variably controlling the deflection of an up and down direction according to the driving conditions. CONSTITUTION: A mounting device for a transmission of a vehicle comprises a mount(100) and an actuator(200). The mount comprises a mounting bracket(110) and an insulator(120). The mount is installed between a vehicle body and a transmission. The mount absorbs the impact and reduces the vibration by supporting the transmission in the vehicle body. The insulator is installed in a mounting hole of the mounting bracket. The actuator releases the compression or compresses a pair of slop type bridges(121) formed in the insulator in a forward and backward direction.
