PURPOSE: A method for reporting an MDT(Minimization of Device Test) log and a mobile communication device using the same are provided to report the MDT log about the mobile communication device in a service network. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication device(10) receives a first request message about an MDT log from a service network. The mobile communication device transmits a first response message to the service network in response to the first request message. The first response message includes a part of the MDT log. The first response message displays the termination of MDT log report or the use of one or more parts of the MDT log.
