<p>PURPOSE: A method for analyzing a microscopic image of a physiologically active substance by dyeing is provided to improve the analytic ability of a surface image, and to manufacture a biochip. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing a microscopic image of a physiologically active substance by dyeing with a high atomic number material comprises: a step of fixing a physiologically active substance on a flat substrate; a step of dyeing the physiologically active substance with a high atomic number material; and a step of observing and analyzing a surface image of the physiologically active substance using a microscope.</p> |
