The present invention relates to a time-temperature integrator including micro-immobilized microbial beads, and to a method for manufacturing the integrator. A print paste according to the present invention can be efficiently provided to the time-temperature integrator in consideration of wettability and drying characteristics, and further, the time-temperature integrator according to the present invention may enable microorganisms to be micro-immobilized in beads so as to prevent the microorganisms from growing, and may adjust the weight of the beads depending on the distribution period of a food product so as to control the reaction speed of the microbial time-temperature integrator. Therefore, the time-temperature integrator of the present invention may be valuably used in methods for easily, quickly, and simply measuring food-product safety from a food production stage through a final consumption stage.
