A single-drive synchronous pitch-changing device for a multi-blade impeller system comprises a power source, a transmission mechanism, a synchronous connecting rod mechanism and a control device; the transmission mechanism comprises a shaft coupler (121), a ball screw (122), a transmission sleeve (124), a transmission shaft (125) and a conversion sleeve (126); the synchronous connecting rod mechanism comprises a synchronous disc (131), a guide-supporting base (132) and a connecting rod (133); the control device comprises a rotation speed detector, a spatial sensor, a travel switch and a programmable controller. The ball screw and the transmission sleeve convert the rotation outputted by the power source into rectilinear movement of the transmission shaft, and the conversion sleeve then transmits the rectilinear movement to the synchronous disc of the synchronous connecting rod mechanism; the controller is configured to cause the transmission shaft to move rectilinearly only within a preset length range, and to drive the synchronous disc to reciprocate on the guide-supporting base; the connecting rod drives a plurality of blades to synchronously rotate the inner ring of a slewing bearing by the same angle relative to an outer ring thereof, achieving the controllable single-drive synchronous pitch change. The single-drive synchronous pitch-changing device has a simple structure, low energy consumption, easy control and reliable operation. |
