LIQUID CRYSTAL CELL

The present application relates to a liquid crystal cell, to a precursor of a liquid crystal layer, to a method for manufacturing the liquid crystal cell, and to usages of the liquid crystal cell. Exemplary liquid crystal cells of the present application can be simply and continuously manufactured through, for example, a roll-to-roll process or the like. The liquid crystal cell can also be implemented in a flexible device, and may ensure a superior contrast ratio. The above-described liquid crystal cell may be applied to various usages such as a smart window, a window protection film, a flexible display device, and an active retarder or view angle adjusting film for a 3D image display.
