<p>A cutting instrument (1) is formed by removably mounting a replacement blade (3) on a blade body (2). The blade body (2) comprises a body block (4) and a slide block (5). The body block (4) has a housing section which houses the slide block (5), a body support section which supports the rear surface of the replacement blade (3), and a body engagement section (42) which engages with the replacement blade (3) from the front surface side. The slide block (5) has a rear support section, a slide engagement section (52), a flexible section (53), and a wing section (56). A front-side holding section (43) for holding the wing section (56) from the front side is provided to at least one side of the housing section (45) in the height direction (Z). The front-side holding section (43) is provided with a protruding engagement section. The cutting instrument is configured so that, in a mounted state (S), the wing section (56) is engaged by the protruding engagement section from the front, and when the flexible section (53) of the slide block (5) is deflected in the mounted state (S), the wing section (56) can be released from the protruding engagement section.</p> |
